General Information for all orders

- All orders are shipped same or following business day 
- Once your order has been shipped you will receive shipping confirmation including tracking details via email
- All orders are shipped on business days only. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped the coming Monday (excluding public holidays)
- If you have ordered items on pre-order along with items in stock, they will all be sent together when pre-order items arrive. Please contact us if you would like them sent separately

RETURNS

Mahi collective is proud to deliver you skillfully handcrafted and high quality jewellery to last a lifetime of joyful memories, and we're confident you will love each piece. As an online boutique, we want you to purchase mahi collective with confidence - should you change your mind, we will happily offer a full refund, exchange or store credit within 10 days of purchase on rings and necklaces only. Our returns policy excludes sale items and earrings for hygiene and safety purposes, so please choose carefully

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN
- Item(s) must be returned within 10 days of purchase 
- Item(s) must be unworn and returned in brand new condition and full original packaging 
- Any complimentary gemstone and/or gift if applicable must be returned (case-by-case and will be confirmed via email) for return to be issued

RETURNS PROCESS
- Please email us to return or exchange your item(s). We will then email you to confirm your return and provide return address 
- Once we have confirmed your return, please include your full name and order number and ensure all items being returned are unworn, in brand new condition and in full original protective packaging
- Once we have received your return and all item(s) meet the conditions outlined above, we will initiate your refund, exchange or store credit 

 

PLEASE NOTE
- All refunds are refunded back to your original payment method
- Please return via a trackable service. We will not be held responsible for any item(s) that go missing in transit 
- It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for all shipping costs incurred when returning or exchanging an item(s). We will happily cover postage when sending your exchanged item(s) back to you 
- If you're returning an item for a refund or store credit and received complimentary shipping, you will be refunded the amount you paid for the returned item(s) less shipping cost (exact amount paid by Mahi Collective to ship your initial order)
- For international returns & exchanges, please allow 14 business days for us to receive your item and note that mahi collective is not accountable for any customs or duty fees of your return. If charges are received, they will be be invoiced along with your new shipment cost invoice and not sent until full payment is made

 

DAMAGED/FAULTY/INCORRECT ITEMS:
All orders are securely packaged in a gift box, 100% recycled silk purse and 100% recyclable kraft wrap to ensure safe delivery. If you receive the wrong item, we sincerely apologize and will replace it instantly given it is in stock or offer a full refund if your original item is out of stock. If your item is damaged/faulty, outcome is determined case-by-case. Mahi collective is not accountable for any damage of items during transit but we will do our absolute best to assist in a suitable outcome.
