What is mahi collective jewellery made from?
All mahi collective jewellery is handcrafted from high quality 925 sterling silver and natural gemstones. We do not use synthetic gemstones to ensure you benefit from the properties of natural gemstones daily. All pieces are nickel free and hypoallergenic meaning they're kind on your skin and perfect for those with sensitive skin, unlike plated jewellery.

How do I know my ring size?
Our rings are in US sizing. Please visit our size guide for ways you can measure your ring size at home, or contact us for any assistance.

What payment methods does mahi collective accept?
We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Mastercard Debit, Paypal, Apple Pay, G Pay, Amex and Afterpay.

How does my order come packaged?
Our packaging is proudly 100% eco conscious! Your mahi collective order comes gift boxed with your own beautiful, keepsake 100% recycled silk saree purse, a handwritten thank you card & a complimentary gemstone, handpicked intuitively just for you. No invoices are included in your order (they are emailed at time of purchase) so they are ready to gift your loved ones or beautiful self.

How can I dispose of my mahi collective packaging?
We are so proud to deliver eco conscious, recyclable and purposeful packaging. Please visit our Eco Mahi page for detailed information on how to reuse and dispose of your mahi packaging.

Can I have my thank you card more personalized?
Absolutely! If you would like us to hand write the thank you card out to a different recipient and add a customized note such as 'Happy Birthday' or 'I love you!' please add a note to your order at check out or email us at hello@mahicollective.com.au at time of purchase.

Do you offer free shipping?
We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $59 + express shipping on all orders over $99 within Australia and $149 World Wide. Please visit our Delivery and Returns page for more detailed information.

My piece looks different than the photo online?
Each mahi collective piece is handcrafted with 925 sterling silver and natural gemstones, therefore each piece is one of a kind and colours, gemstone sizes and inclusions may vary piece to piece. We try to accurately represent each piece in our photos but please note these variations can occur and is part of the natural beauty of gemstones and handmade jewellery. 

Do I have to pay custom and duty taxes if ordering outside of Australia?
Yes, all international customers are liable to cover any custom and/or duty taxes within their own country. Mahi collective will not be held liable if they occur. Please reach out to your local post or customs office for further information.

Can I return or exchange my piece?
We want you to shop confidently with mahi collective and offer returns or exchanges on all rings and necklaces within 10 days of purchase (excluding sale items).
